Valuations

We offer a free valuation service for items brought to the saleroom between the hours of 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday. How to find us.

An email valuation can be arranged if you are able to email digital images of the items enquiries@pbauctioneers.co.uk

Home visits can be arranged for larger estate appraisals.

Collection

A collection fee of £35.00 plus VAT is payable for items collected.

Sale Day

We hold fortnightly Antique & Collectable sales and quarterly Antique Furniture and Fine Art sales. All sales are very well attended being advertised widely on the internet, national and local press and the Antiques Trade Gazette. Our Fine Art sale which are internationally attended support live internet bidding.

Charges for selling at auction

Goods entered for sale are subject to a commission of 15% plus1.5 % for insurance. There is a lotting fee of £2.00 per item (for Fine Art sales there is an additional Web enhancement fee of £1.50) all charges are subject to VAT.

Cheques are issued by post 10 working days after the sale.

Cheques for the Fine Art sale will be posted 15 working days after the sale.

Any unsold lots will be re entered into the next appropriate sale.
