An 18th century Chinese ginger with matched hardwood stand and meiping cover pierced with dragons and a shou character. Painted in underglaze blue with a ground of cracked ice and blossom, having shaped reserves each containing a kylin in a landscape. Mark of two concentric rings. Porcelain 17cm.
